On the Job Training
You’ll be employed by NECA Careers & Apprenticeships (NCA) for the duration of your apprenticeship, and placed with Host Employers to gain practical on-the-job training. NCA is dedicated to providing quality and diverse training to our Apprentices to ensure exposure to all aspects of the trade.
NCA Apprentices receive expert support, advice and mentoring throughout the apprenticeship.
Off the Job Training
NCA provides you with an intensive induction to begin your apprenticeship and assists you to set up your trade schooling with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). You’ll continue to earn while you learn as your wages will be covered throughout your apprenticeship.
Protective clothing, tools and equipment is supplied by NCA to ensure you have everything you require to undertake your work.
